Dining

The Country Club of Lansing has long had the reputation of being the finest dining establishment in Mid-Michigan.  Chef Scott Poff, former Chef de Cuisine of the Five-Star Greenbrier Resort, joined our team as Executive Chef in April 2008.  Chef Scott and his oustanding culinary team will continue to provide our members and their guests the very best in dining experience.  With our variety of dining options, the CCL is the perfect choice for families, business dining, elegant formal affairs or just a casual meal with friends.

 

CCL Bar

Our bar features drinks for every taste and time of year. Stop in after a round of golf or before dining and enjoy a laid back pub atmosphere. For sports fans, no need to miss the big game, most games are televised on our 46" High Definition Sony TVs!  Friday Night Live Entertainment is also available from 7pm to 11pm!  Lunch and Dinner are served in the Bar during season and reservations are not available.

 

Casual Dining Room

Our Casual Dining Room offers a beautiful view over our patio and the eighteenth hole. We can accommodate groups of any size and request that Members call to make reservations. Lunch is served from 11am to 3pm and dinner from 5pm until 9pm.

 

The Lounge

The lounge is the perfect place to relax with friends and kick back and enjoy our big screen TVs. This room also features a private bar. Newly remodeled, the room features beautiful plush leather seating and elegant hardwood.  Please click here for more information.

 

Formal Grille

For those desiring a more formal, elegant setting for a special night or quiet dinner, the Formal Grille has just what you are looking for. Our Grille requires a sport coat, and reservations are strongly encouraged. Treat yourself to a delicious appetizer and popovers served before dinner and the best service imaginable. The Grille is available for lunch from 11-3 and dinner from 5-9pm.

 

Stand Six

While out on the course, stop by Stand Six and treat yourself to lunch or a drink. The grill is always ready for  a mouth watering burger, or chicken sandwich. Our Halfway house also provides restroom facilities, snacks and your favorite beverages for the remainder of your round.

 

Splash Cafe

Our Pool snack bar is available all summer long and is located by the pool. Grilled favorites and summertime treats are available daily from 11am to 8pm.

 

Reservations:

We cordially ask our members to make reservations prior to dining at the Club.  This allows us the opportunity to better serve our members and their guests as well as making our staffing as efficient as possible.

 

Take-out and catering are also available. Please call ahead.
