• Do I have to be a member to use the banquet facilities? 

All private functions held at the Club must be a member function or have a sponsoring member. 

• What is included in the cost of the room rental? 

    Table Linens (House: Ivory with Gold Toppers)
    Linen Napkins (House: Ivory; Additional Colors Available) 
    Linen Skirting for the Cake, Gift and Head tables 
    Chinaware, Silverware, Glassware 
    Variety of Unique Serving Pieces and Displays 
    Dance Floor 
    Various Hurricanes, Votive Candles, Fresh Bud Vases, Table-Size Oil Lamps
    Set-Up & Clean-up 
    Cake Cutting Services

• Can we bring in our own food and beverages?

No.  We offer all in-house catering and beverages, with the exception of certain specialty items. You may provide certain specialty items such as wedding cakes for your event.  Please consult with our banquet coordinators.  

• Do you require a deposit to reserve a room? 

Yes, when the event is member-sponsored. 

• Is there a cancellation fee?  

Cancellations up to one week from the date of the event will be charged the set up fee, and any non-recoverable costs incurred by the Club, up to the time of cancellations.  No-shows or day-of cancellations will be charged the entire estimated amount of the event.

• When do we need to let you know on our menu choices? 

All menu and function arrangements should be completed two weeks prior to the reserved date.

 

• When do you need the final guest count? 

The Club requires a guaranteed final count, two working days prior to the event. 

 

• How many guests can you seat at your round tables? 

We have round tables capable of seating 8-10 people.

• Are other banquet options available? 

Our Culinary Staff will be happy to work with you in customizing your menu to personalize your event. This also applies to those with dietary restrictions. If it’s not on the menu, just ask and we’ll do whatever we can to accomodate you.

• I have a limited budget, how flexible is your pricing? 

We are always able and willing to work with any size budget, great or small.
