Country Club of Lansing Caddie Program

Thank you for your interest in the Country Club of Lansing Caddie Program. Becoming a caddie at the Country Club of Lansing is not only an opportunity for young men and women to earn some money part-time but also teaches discipline and a good work ethic.
What We Expect
Caddies must:
  • Present themselves in a neat and professional manner, as they are a representative of the club.
    • A white/light colored collared shirt and khaki shorts/pants are required. No jeans, cargo shorts, or t-shirts are permitted.
  • Have an understanding of the basic rules of golf and golf etiquette (This will be covered in training and in the Caddie Training Manual).
  • Maintain a positive and polite attitude.
  • Expect to walk approximately 6 miles over the course of 5 hours carrying a golf bag that could weigh up to 30 lbs.
Caddie Training Dates
Candidates must choose one of the following training sessions to attend. Please note, these dates are subject to change:
  • ​Monday, May 23: 5 - 7 p.m.
  • ​Monday, June 13: 5 - 7 p.m.
Candidates must attend one training session, pass the Caddie Exam, and be considered a good fit in the Country Club of Lansing Caddie Program.

Please review the WGA Caddie Training Manual and Caddie Training Video before attending any training sessions.
